Partner with schools to initiate a Do Gooders group where kids learn how to do kind deeds for others. The goal is to not change the world but change the heart of those involved to a heart of service.
Students will focus on the character trait of kindness during the month of February. The guidance counselor will use weekly lessons to promote kindness. The PE teacher will also be using kindness during her lessons. Students will have them names read off during announcements for kindness acts.
Students and staff will spend two weeks completing as many acts of kindness as possible. Other activities include a poster contest, Pep Rally and the presentation of the Kindest Classroom Award.
Our school is celebrating the 2nd annual Kindness Challenge! We are asking the staff and students to show acts of kindness throughout their school day. In this way we hope to combat bullying and make our school a bully-free zone!

We will incorporate K.I.N.D with our PBIS initiative. Each month we will have a kind day whereby each student will exhibit kind behaviors. In addition, each month the guidance counselor will teach character education lessons to students.
